Tour 3: Along the Pamir tract
Duration: 9 days
In short: Dushanbe – Hissor – Kalai Khum – Khorog – Langar – Murgab – Khorog – Kalai Khum – Dushanbe

Day 1: Dushanbe – Hissor – Dushanbe
Driver will pick you from the airport to Dushanbe. City tour will last whole day to see a lot of interesting sights. You will visit interesting places such as Rudake Park, National library, White House, National state seal, and House of parliament. In the National park you will be able to take photo of Ministry of Inner Affairs and National flag. National flag of Tajikistan is the biggest in the world its measurement - 165 m high pole, 30 m wide, 60 m long. Hisor fortress will wait you after your excursion in Central Museum. Hisor fortress dated back to 7th -17th centuries it was located on the high hill and was a residence of the delegate of the Emir of Bukhara. The fortress had wall 1m thick and holes for guns and cannons. This area had not only citadel but also many other thing such as a pool, green and alluring garden, on the square was busy and noisy market with a caravan serai. Nowadays not much was saved but we still can see two imposing and magnificent towers and the gates. Not long ago the mosque of “Madrasa I Kuhna” dated back to 16th-17th centuries was reconstructed and you can visit the mausoleum of Mahdumi Azam” built in 16th century. Night you will spend in hotel.

Day 2: Dushanbe – Khoburubot – Kalai Khum
Your road will go through Khoburubot Pass with altitude 3 252 meters known as Western Pamir Tract to the village Kalai Khum. On your way you will see the most bewitching and attractive and breathtaking gorges in the terrain. You have an opportunity to take photos of these places. You will be able to meet local people and receive their hospitality because Tajiks are very kind – hearted by nature and respectful to their folklore with customs and traditions. If you like to experience new emotions and to know more about other countries in this tour you will be able to do all of these.  Overnight is in home stay

Day 3: Kalai Khum – Khorog
You continue your tour to one of the tiniest cities in on the world’s map – Khorog. Khorog surrounded by mountains and it was constructed on the merge of the 3 rivers where Shokhdara river and Ghund river flow into Pyanj river. In youк travel you can meet Pamir people. Most of them have blonde hair, fair skin and blue eyes and Pamirs have some anthropological features differences compare to Tajik people. Pamirs Mountains are the highest mountains in the world with human population after the Himalayas in Tibet. Because of the climate Pamir people have differences in their traditions and customs. Night you will spend in thee guesthouse.

Day 4: Khorog – Langar
Driver wil take you to Langar village that located in the very heart of Asia. Pamir is the place of highly mountains covered with snow clear water – lakes and rivers, green valleys and golden desert.People named these mountains “the Roof of the World”. Pamirs located at an altitude of 3,500 to 4,200 meters above sea level. Pamirs is one of the few places where Pamir people live with their ancient culture. Many years clans were isolated from each other by enclaves, different dialects or languages. Also on the way you will stop to see a Buddhist complex (4th – 7th centuries) that located above the Vrang village. In Langar we will have an excursion in Abreshim Kala known as a Silk Fortress. During the night you will stay in a home stay.

Day 5: Langar – Yashil Kul Lake – Bulunkul Lake – Murgab
Yashil Kul and Bulunkul (Blue lakes) are famous for its beauty and locate in the Murghab distric on the altitude of 3 700 meters above sea level.  Bulunkul has unique water it is color it is subtle interaction of purple and blue in the sunlight. You can find a lot of fish in the lake. You will be able to see domestic animal as a yaks that have features of cow and sheep, usually used as a beast of burden apart from giving milk and meat products. Your path will be through the Khargush pass 4 344 meters high. Overnight is in a guesthouse. 

Day 6: Murgab – Khorog
M41 known as Pamir Tract and road there goes through Pamir Highway. After Tibet Tajikistan has the second highest mountain road. This road goes through the passes and mountains on the altitude of more than 4 000 meters above sea level. One а them that you‘ll see is Koitezak pass is 4 271 meters high. Nearly unavailable terrain that protect various animal: Turkestan rat, tiger-cat, grizzly bear, badger, stoat, fox, grey and red wolves, huge population of Marco Polo sheep, with all year round and a strong population of the endangered snow leopard. Night is in a guesthouse.

Day 7: Khorog – Kalai Khum
From Khorog to Kalai Khumas as you can see you will have same path that you had before. There is just one road that was built because of highly mountains over 6 000 meters high. Here tourists can enjoy the beauty of this picturesque and pristine nature. Its rare opportunity to learn about the ethnography, history and everyday life of mountain shelters and with this you can imagine how the history of humanity evolved. In the small village you will free to speakwith local people and see how they live. Their houses are in both sides of the river inmountain valleys. During the night you will be in a home stay. 

Day 8: Kalai Khum – Norak – Dushanbe 
Dushanbe is our last place of destination today we will end our tour of Afghanistan boarder where we saw a lot of thing. Today the Highest point is Shubara pass 2 267 meters high. This part of Pamir Mountains is not inferior in beauty to others; for ages world’s famous explorers came here such as Marco Polo, Hsuan Tsang, Mirza Muhammad Haidar. And now you have such chance to travel among the whole country to see its beauty culture and traditions. Many travellers called this high and mighty mountain system the ocean of white and blue mountains. During youк tour here you will see natural border – Pyanj River and Norak water reservoir that is called Tajik Sea. Night is in the hotel.
