Tour 3: Stone Tour
Duration: 9 days
In short: Bishkek – Kyzyl Oi – Son Kul – Tash Rabat – Kochkor – Issyk Kul southern shore –Karakol – Issyk Kul – Chon Kemin – Bishkek

Day 1: Bishkek – Kyzyl Oi
When you arrive at Manas International Airport the driver will meet you and then transfer you to the capital of Kyrgyzstan - Bishkek. It will take about 30 minutes. Today’s tour is dedicated for the short city tour where you can visit the Pobeda Square (Victory Square), Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Central Ala-Too Square, Old Square, National Philharmonic and other famous places. Then you will travel to Kyzyl Oi village. On the route you will be impressed by amazing gorges of celestial mountains. Also you will drive by the famous Tue Ashuu pass and capture beautiful panoramic views. You will remember this day for a long time. Overnight will be spent in the hotel.

Day 1: Bishkek – Kyzyl Oi Kyrgyzstan tours

Day 2: Kyzyl Oi – Son Kul
After having a hearty breakfast you will drive to the wonderful Son Kul Lake. Being there you will have the opportunity to see mountains surrounding the lake. It is important to note that it is the highest alpine lake in Kyrgyzstan which is situated at an altitude of 3013 meters above sea level. In addition you may meet nomadic herders as well as see wild animals as hares, foxes and even wolves. There are a lot nomadic dwellings as yurts. Don’t miss to take vibrant photos. The night will be spent in nomadic felt dwellings - yurts.

Day 2: Kyzyl Oi – Son Kul Kyrgyzstan tours

Day 3: Son Kul – Tash Rabat
In the morning you will have horse riding which allow you to explore nature of Son Kul Lake. It is the great opportunity to get acquainted with nomadic lifestyle and taste nomadic food. Later on we will continue our route to the famous the Tash Rabat (Stone Castle) Caravanserai on the Great Silk Road was built in the 14th century. We have no doubt you will like to see ancient castle. Don’t miss to take photos there. The Stone Castle is situated in Tian Shan Mountains and built of stone blocks inside a mountain at an elevation of 3200 m above sea level. When you enter there you will see 31 rooms with walls of 1 m thick. The fact is that there are a lot of pits where culprits sentenced there and died. Today you will spend the night in yurts near Tash Rabat Caravanserai.

Day 3: Son Kul – Tash Rabat Kyrgyzstan tours

Day 4: Tash Rabat – Kochkor
We are glad to present you the next day of the tour visiting Kochkor village. You drive among celestial mountains and gorges of over 3 000 meters high. Being in Kochkor village you will have the chance to learn more Kyrgyz felt carpets. Also you can make your own felt carpets with different art and color. In addition visit a small handicraft museum there and find old examples of silver decorations, coats made of wolf, horse saddle decorations, carpets and other ancient things. Overnight is in a home stay. 

Day 4: Tash Rabat – Kochkor Kyrgyzstan tours 

Day 5: Kochkor – Issyk Kul southern shore – Skazka – Karakol
The day will begin by driving to the celestial Issyk Kul Lake. It is considered to be the second largest alpine lake in the world and also called "the pearl of Central Asia". Some people find the lake sacred because it never freezes. The next destination is – Skazka (Fairy Tale) Canyon! You will find it on the southern shore of Lake Issyk-Kul; it is about 4 km from Tosor village. Skazka Canyon is the very famous place among travellers with red sand of different formations.  Then we will travel to Bokonbaeva village. You will have the opportunity to get acquainted with an eagle hunter and take a part in eagle hunting. Also you can hold them for photos! After that we will visit the interesting gorge of Jeti Oguz, Red Rocks and the Broken Heart Mountain. Afterwards we will drive to Karakol town. The night will be spent in a guesthouse.

Day 5: Kochkor – Issyk Kul southern shore – Skazka – Karakol Kyrgyzstan tours

Day 6: Karakol – Semenovskoye – Grigorievskoye – Issyk Kul
Having a breakfast we will drive to Issyk Kul Lake. You will drive along the northern shore of Issyk Kul Lake and of course Grigorievskoe and Semenovskoe gorges! These two amazing gorges are closely connected at the end. We have no doubt you will like them! Being in these places you can take outstanding photos and enjoy the pristine nature. In addition you will see many yurts and take a rest. Kyrgyzstan has magnificent landscape which will not leave anyone indifferent in tours. The night will be spent in the resort on the shore of Issyk Kul Lake.

Day 6: Karakol – Semenovskoye – Grigorievskoye – Issyk Kul Kyrgyzstan tours

Day 7: Issyk Kul lake – Chon Kemin
The morning will start by driving to Chon Kemin village. On the route you will have the break to visit ancient stone inscriptions found in the 800 B.C by shamans. Also you will visit a museum in Cholpon Ata. There a lot of interesting things as handicraft, music instruments and artifacts. Being in Chon Kemin village you will see national park and mountain views. The landscape and background of this park never change! You will have 3 hours of horse riding among high gorges and evergreen forests. See one of the most beautiful panoramic views of the gorge! Your night will be in a home stay. 

Day 7: Issyk Kul lake – Chon Kemin Kyrgyzstan tours

Day 8: Chon Kemin – Burana – Bishkek
Transfer to Bishkek. On the way you can visit the Burana Tower which was built in the 11th century.  There is also an open air museum of Balbals or stone warriors dedicated to heroes. Don’t miss to visit the famous Asian Bazaar! Being there you will be impressed by large variety of goods and national attributes. Take a chance of bargain and capture local life! The night will be spent in the hotel.

Day 8: Chon Kemin – Burana – Bishkek Kyrgyzstan tours

Day 9: Bishkek – Airport
Morning transfer to airport.
