Tour 5: Authentiс life of Turkmen people
Duration: 6 days
In short: Ashgabat – Mary/ Merv – Ashgabat – Darwaza – Damla – Ashgabat

Day 1: Ashgabat
Your local guide will welcome you at the airport and accompany to city. Check in to hotel and rest until 14:30 (not included). Then you will have guided tour to travel in Ashgabat city, capital city of Turkmenistan. It will cover most attractive places of the capital. In the afternoon, we will visit “Old Nisa”, the Sanctuary of Parhian Kings, which is the UNESCO site. Then drive to Gyprak village to see President’s Mosque and Mausoleum.

Day 2: Ashgabat – Mary/ Merv
In the morning, drive to ancient Mary to begin your historical tour. En route, have a break at Annau, where the old mosque Seyit Jamal-ad-Din, and dating to 15^th century. Then stop at Abiward, one of the Sassanid city in the territory of country. According to archeological expeditions during XX century, the middle line is 60 feet high and 700 feet round. Arrive to Mevr, which is the significant heritage of UNESCO. It was one of the most developed and flourished cities on the Silk Road in this area. According to the researches, Mevr played important role in growth of Silk Road for over 2000 years. Here you will visit Sultan Sanjar, which is the 12^th century artwork. Furthermore, Muhammed ibn-Zeyd is the fine example of perfect brick art during Seljuk period.

Day 3: Mary – Ashgabat – Darwaza
Morning flight will take to capital city Ashgabat. After arrival, you continue travel to nomadic village of Turkmen people. It is located in the Northern Turkmenistan. Here you will have a chance to see the traditional way of living. Afternoon, arrive to Gas Crater Darwaza and have time to explore surrounding. The best time for exploring this place is evening, by you will have opportunity to observe this fantastic site during the day too. The stunning beauty of flames will charm you. Night in a tent.

Day 4: Darwaza – Damla
Today you will visit dep part of the Karakum desert. There is a traditional village Damla. You will absorb the lifestyle of local people. After lunch transfer to Ak Molla village. Night in a guesthouse.

Day 5: Damla – Ashgabat
In the morning, depart to Murze Chirla village. The way is very picturesque and we will have some photo stops. Afternoon, return to Ashgabat. Upon arrival, have exciting evening tour of capital.

Day 6: Flight
Today is the last day of tour and transfer to airport.
