Hello! I would like to tell you about different cuisines and restaurants when you travel in Kyrgyzstan that are worth visiting. It is known that Kyrgyzstan is famous for its variety of restaurants and cafes, where you can dine for an amount from 70 soms to $ 25, depending on the level of the place. If you are in Bishkek, then in addition to national cuisine, you will be offered to try Western cuisine. You can try Russian and Central Asian dishes in numerous cafes as well as in homestays, the prices of which are much lower than in restaurants.
For a cup of coffee you will pay from $ 1 or more, depending on the menu, and you can settle down not only in the restaurant itself, but in any corner of the hotel you like. You can buy English newspapers in the Hyatt's gift shop, such as the Economist (available early in the week), the Herald Tribune ($ 4.50), and more. But there are other places where you can eat healthy food. Let's consider.
It is important to note that when you come to a Kyrgyz house you will be offered many dishes from different cuisines as Russian, Caucasian, Dungan, Uzbek, Tatar and even Chinese! Given that Kyrgyzstan is a multinational country, you will be surprised that you will be treated to dishes of different peoples, where there is little or no meat (for lovers of the vegan style). But this is only if you are in the capital. Being outside the city in remote villages and in yurts, the choice is not great. Since the Kyrgyz are nomads, many of their dishes consist of fatty meat and meat soup (shorpo). But there is always a chance! You can ask the chef to cook the food you would like to eat (of course, if this is not a supernatural dish).
Here I would like to offer cafes and restaurants to visit according to your taste and budget.
This is a place where you can eat tasty and inexpensive, have a good time, for example, a romantic evening in the VIP rooms. Here you can also find vegetarian dishes.
In the cafe you can listen to popular songs performed by young and talented vocalists. Every Saturday from 11-00 to 14-00 children's parties are held here.

This is the only restaurant in Bishkek where they cook a Peking duck according to an old recipe.
Peking duck is considered a royal dish in China. For 1400 years, the recipe has remained unchanged. It has been prepared since the reign of the royal dynasties of Yuan, Chin, Ming. For the preparation of Peking duck, wood of fruit trees is used – dates, peaches, apricots. The duck is cooked in a special oven, so it acquires a unique delicate, juicy taste and a crispy golden crust. Duck meat is very beneficial for the body.
In the cozy "Pekinskaya utka" cafe, you can enjoy and watch the process of making a real Peking duck. Before your eyes, the chef from China will work wonders.
