This is a story about me and my family attending opening ceremony of “Nomad’s Dream” Yurt Camp at Son Kul Lake on July 14, 2019.
We started our tour to the mountain lake in the early morning. The weather was good, the sun was really bright and we could not wait to arrive high in the mountains. When we arrived to “Nomad’s Dream” yurt camp a pleasant autumn breeze met us. The road itself was amazing and it was great beginning of the tour.
Upon our arrival friendly camp’s team was already waiting for us with champagne and welcoming smiles. They handed us the keys from our yurts. We were really impressed by our “apartments”. It was very clean, cozy and warm inside. There we found out everything for comfort rest: spacy room furnished with wooden beds with mattresses and covered with snow-white linen, washbasin, mirror and a storage locker that all decorated in national style.
I found it virtually impossible to keep silent about popular not only in Kyrgyzstan but far beyond – VIP toilets. Despite the altitude of more than 3 000 m above sea level, having been inside you will feel like in the richest hotel of the capital of a developed country. If you have a tour to Son Kul lake you deffenetly must spend a night at this camp : )
The ceremony was opened by singing of local artists followed by celebratory standing buffet of delicious snacks and all kind of sweeties. During that day, my family experienced such kind of entertainments as a cruise in the transparent boat, riding horses and bicycles. In addition, we took many beautiful photos using national accessories that are in free use for guests of the camp.
Those days were very interesting and unforgettable for my husband, our son and me!
If you want to visit Son Kul lake and spend a night at this camp – write me!
I will be glad to prepare a great tour!
